I know Stevie didn't write this song, but I'm still curious if there's any info about who it's about? The subject of the song is from London evidently. Was this song written specifically for Stevie with one of her loves in mind?

The song seems to fit with a theme in her songs around the TISL and SYW era with a theme of the tragedy of clandestine relationships with a married man.
