Buckingham Nicks post
Did anyone else think it was strange that the wording was the same in Stevie and Lindsey's posts? And that she even posted at all? That suggests a level of communication. Do we think anything is rumbling or am I reading too much into it?

I don't think its strange at all
Their social media accounts are rarely controlled by them. Some stars are really involved but Stevie herself has stated she does not use social media. There are times one of her letters is posted but its not done by her. Stevie would not even know how to log into a social media account. |

The only thing that surprises me is how the album has never been re-released. Even more baffling was Stevie's comments in 1989 on Rockline that she did not even know who owned the rights but expected some day it to be re-released. With Stevie selling her songs, I imagine it would include her pre-Mac stuff too? Why the owner has not re-released the album before or on its 50th anniversary is odd. If it has not been re-released by now, I think it's safe to say it will never happen. But keep your eyes open for the 11th reissue of Rumours ;) |

Buckingham Nicks is coming, everyone, so start saving your nickels. Imagine a CD release with a second disc of live and demo! |

If so, it better be many demos I have never heard of/or have and a live show that sounds amazing. The cd that I have is A + quality as is the Buckingham/Nicks live cd. |

I have a CD called Buckingham Nicks Alabama 1975 with the following tracks:
Lola (My Love) Monday Morning I Don’t Want to Know Races Are Run Never Going Back Again (instrumental) Rhiannon Long Distance Winner Django/Sorcerer You Won’t Forget Me Blue Letter Heartbreaker (Circles in Time) Don’t Let Me Down Again Frozen Love Crystal Lola (My Love) Races Are Arun Rhiannon Django Sorcerer The first 14 songs are from a live FM broadcast recorded in Alabama in 1975; the last 5 songs were recorded in Alabama in 1974. The quality is ok as I remember, but I’m going to listen to it tomorrow to refresh my memory. |
While the social media post was definitely not made by Stevie, there is no doubt in my mind that the Buckingham Nicks album will see a Rhino Records remaster/re-release. It's only a matter of time. There is money to be made.
Moreover, I've said this for a while. Stevie and Lindsey will share the stage again for a series of shows either with the Fleetwood Mac Say You Will lineup - or as a duo. There is no doubt in my mind. It's not a question of if, but when. |
