Fleetwood Mac Brit Awards 1998

Very nice blast from the past and my first time seeing this.

^ that was one helluva performance.

Glad Christine spoke, since it was the last time. I know at the time I didn't think Stevie looked particularly youthful around The Dance, but now in 2012 looking back on her face then, she looked like a BABY.

Hope Lindsey and John didn't want to speak. Poor John, no one to hold his hand.

They certainly didn't look particularly happy or as if they had a bond with one another. So, it wasn't a quintuplet moment that I'd normally savor, but, in retrospect, good to see.

I tried to watch this video twice, but both times (before the band made it to the stage), the video froze and my computer shut itself off completely.

Well, your computer shutting it off completely is a pretty serious commentary on the clip:laugh:.

People will shake his hand today; he 's 67!

Happy birthday, John. You pluck the best!

nice to see Lindsey normal-looking again in 1998, not bloated like he was during the Dance DVD recording.

I wholeheartedly agree with you.

For the SYW tour back then I thought she looked matronly with matted, sweaty appearing hair. Looking back at those times from the 2012 perspective I feel the same way as I did in 2003-4.

Michele, was this the first time you had ever seen this video?

That tour only lasted about 10 weeks, but even in that short of a time period, you could see the weight falling off of Lindsey. I guess sweating every night just did it.

And he wasn't just standing there in his spot like he was on the Dance DVD. During the tour he'd move the stage, which must have helped take off a few calories.

This was nice. Glad Christine spoke.

This picture is from this event, right?

It looks a bit like Lindsey is wearing socks.

Thanks for sharing the video! Never seen it before :)

Honestly, I find they're never really overly emotional/happy looking when getting awards, or in situations like that (unless it's the 70s and they've gotten some *ahem* help). Apart from the absence of smiles, they look hot. Love the boots, her own sort of splash of color :p

It looks like they're at a funeral.
