I know... You're being pounded every day about fundraisers and candidates and democracy. You're becoming afraid to open your emails. I get it. But this is the event to attend:

LINDSEY BUCKINGHAM will serenade us with an intimate acoustic set.

JOHN DEAN (yes, that John Dean) will do a Q & A in which you can ask him whatever you want about Nixon, Trump, Mueller, impeachment...

It's an evening of food, drink & good company all in service of a spectacular candidate: MIKE LEVIN.

Nothing is more important than taking back Congress. This final push for Levin to win the CA-49th primary is critical to claiming Darrell Issa's coveted seat. So let's do this!

CA-49 is a district in our backyard that Republicans won by a margin of less than 1% -- and we have to flip it if Dems are to re-take control of the House and pull our country out of this Trumpster fire.

Mike is the strongest candidate in this race.
I know him well. He's thoughtful, refreshingly honest, and uncommonly bright. The grandson of Mexican and Jewish immigrants, he has the kind of empathy for all people that we desperately need in D.C.

In short, Mike will flip this seat in November - but only if we unite behind him so he can get through a brutal primary, clogged up by candidates who can't win in a general election.

So we hope you'll join us on May 11 to support the progressive environmental attorney who can win this race... and to experience the great Lindsey Buckingham and the legendary John Dean.

haha i said the same thing and tweeted back to Talia. she asked me to send some good ones, and several of us did. she'll hopefully use one of ours, from last year. she said they have another push on Friday and will change a pic then.
