Kevin is Danny's son's name. He would be in his mid 40's. Last summer i spoke with the man in london who sent Danny the acoustic guitar he plays in his room . He showed me the letter of thanks from Danny , in a shaky hand.I travel again from texas to london this summer to absorb more of Danny's world , maybe bump into him , and thank him for the fabulous songs. I love music of many .Danny is the singer, songwriter, guitarist I listen to most, he has about 60 phenomenal songs that he wrote, and a dozen or so more he did not write. A proper box set of his solo songs ( 32 plus some alternates) and the fleetwood Mac songs (37 at last count) would awaken some discriminating listeners to a musical supergiant named Danny Kirwan. Alas, Danny has been eclipsed and is unknown by far too many people , even the fans of Fleetwood Mac

Seen that before a few times. It doesn't sound as if Danny was a long term fixture of that drinking group. Good to see he was seemingly happy during that very brief period of time though.

BTW that's an awful drawing of him on that blog- seems to have developed dark hair.
