Downloading FM files?

Hi Everyone!

Does anyone know where I can download FM bootleg videos of concerts? I knew there was a system that you had to download on your computer and you could download when you weren't online. In it, you essentially shared the files you downloaded so more people could download as well. Since I got a new computer, I completely forgot what it was. Thanks!
