I’m sure he got for a good price also considering this day and age.......

Point - "I" have a 24 track studio. Not a big deal these days... Who knows, maybe he's going to make it top of the line(again)? That would be cool. Anyone know his net worth? The Googles says anywhere between 1-5 million. I'd imagine dropping a couple mil in this project might be nothing.... |

New artists don't want old ideas/thought processes in current production. I was shocked when he told me that he he could barely land a project these days(and no, they're set financially, and have a beautiful house way up in the hills). So for Ken having a hit album 45 years ago, it doesn't mean much now(at least to newer current artists). |

Yeah artists today likely don't want his help in production. He was producing his daughter but after that first hit she had I haven't been aware of anything she did afterwards with him. But did he buy the studio thinking that the magic of who and what had been recorded there would have some sort of appeal to younger artists perhaps?? |

He probably hopes that he can bring it back to what it was in the day. Beautiful dream, except there are no "endless budgets" these days. I do wish him well in it. |
