The Spreckels theatre in San Diego is tiny - great for an intimate show. Word of warning though, there's no AC and it gets hot in there. Wear light clothes. I saw the Conan O'Brien show in there during Comic Con and I was pretty hot.

Lindsey Buckingham Announces New Album SOLO ANTHOLOGY and North American Tour
Lindsey Buckingham is widely considered one of the greatest guitarists and songwriters and musical expressionists of our time. A Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and 3 time GRAMMY winner, Buckingham is best known as the producer, guitarist, vocalist and chief songwriter for Fleetwood Mac and as a widely celebrated solo artist.His forthcoming Solo Anthology - The Best of Lindsey Buckingham is a comprehensive record of this illustrious career. Out October 5th on Rhino Records, Buckingham's Solo Anthology will be released as a3-disc set on CD and digitally and will also be available as a single disc abridged release. A 6-LP vinyl release is slated for November 23rd. The album is available for pre-order now.


Solo Anthology - The Best of Lindsey Buckingham includes album, live and alternate versions of some of Lindsey's celebrated solo albums including cuts from Law and Order, Go Insane, Out of the Cradle, Under the Skin, Gift of Screws and Seeds We Sow and incorporates songs from his collaborative album with Christine McVie released in 2017. The anthology features Buckingham's film work with "Holiday Road" and "Dancin Across The USA" from the 1983 motion picture soundtrack to National Lampoon's Vacation and "Time Bomb Town" from 1985's Back to the Future. Live versions of Fleetwood Mac's "Tusk" and "Go Your Own Way" round out the album, but the most thrilling tracks come in the form of two new songs that have never before been released, "Hunger" and "Ride This Road."

This fall Lindsey Buckingham will head out on a North American Tour in support of his Solo Anthology. The tour kicks off at Revolution Hall in Portland, OR on October 7th and highlights include the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles on October 12th and Town Hall in New York on December 4th. Tickets go on sale Saturday, August 18th. Every ticket purchased online for the Lindsey Buckingham tour includes a CD or digital copy of the single-disc version of the new Anthology. As far as we understand it, Lindsey Buckingham was fired from Fleetwood Mac due to his desire to focus his efforts on his solo career, rather than join the band for another tour. Incidentally, this fall Buckingham will go head to head with his former bandmates, as he’s just announced a solo tour that’s scheduled to kick off just days after Fleetwood Mac begin their own North American outing.

The lengthy jaunt comes in support of Buckingham’s new Solo Anthology – The Best of Lindsey Buckingham. Available digitally, as a single-disc abridged set, or as an expanded 3-CD or 6-LP box set, the comprehensive record includes album, live, and alternate versions of of Lindsey’s solo recordings, collaborations, and film compositions. It will be available digitally and on CD beginning October 5th, with a vinyl release following on November 23rd. Pre-orders are ongoing.

Of course everyone is going to have their own choices for the anthology, but I am surprised that A) he only included one track from LAW & ORDER, and B) that he didn't include "Wrong", arguably the strongest track off of OUT OF THE CRADLE.

Can't wait to hear the deluxe anthology cd! Sounds fantastic! Most songs released remastered and a LIVE cd in the package! AND two NEW songs! YAY!!!

Happy that this is all happening for Lindsey and his fans. How good he must feel to know he is finally unchained from the FM baggage. :woohoo:

I am over the MOON- Love the Anthology and excited for what seems to be 2 new songs. AHHH. LB. And Will be front and center on 12/4 in NYC. Cannot wait.

So of course I’ll be out of town when LB is right down the street in DC. Thankfully he’ll be back in southern PA at the end of Nov so I’ll see him in York! If I could pick ONE song I want to see him perform: Countdown!
