You can tell them until your fingers hurt from typing it, and it never seems to register or it simply isn't believed.

I've always been a Fleetwood Mac fan. And quite honestly, while I've never been big on their solo careers, if I had to pick one, it was always Stevie's who appealed to me the most. Firing Lindsey ruined Fleetwood Mac for me. The manner in which it was handled was appalling. Not to mention, going to watch Mike Campbell butcher Gypsy or Neil Finn sing Go Your Own Way is simply not my cup of tea. The most interesting aspect of the setlist for me was Hypnotized. Neil sounded fantastic and it paid homage to one of the non-popular eras of Fleetwood Mac which have been neglected for decades. And naturally, they killed that. And I won't even dignify the covers in the show. Embarrassing.

I am not a Lindsey fan. I am not a Stevie fan. I am a Fleetwood Mac fan. What Mick and Stevie did put a feces stain on the last chapter of the Fleetwood Mac story. And unlike others here, I give very little deference to the McVies. They had every opportunity to put their foot down and instead they went along with Mick and Stevie - warm too little too late emails aside, Chris was just as complicit.

I am a Lindsey fan, but I wasn’t always. It was Stevie ‘s music that brought me into the band initially and, until they fired him, I was always a bigger FM fan than I was a Lindsey fan. Now, I hold them in contempt.

Christine quickly quit the band for ten days. I wonder why she came back. Hey, if you want Christine, you can go back to your life of isolation and obscurity and staying at home, or you can sing with Mike and Neil and Stevie with us playing rhythm.
I wonder why she chose to stay with the new band.

Right...this is why I said what I did. She’s as complicit as the others. Without her, this tour, which will be nothing more than a footnote in the bands history when all is said and done, doesn’t work at all if they don’t have Christine on board.

She was never going to pick Lindsey over Mick and John. Maybe over Stevie, but not Mick and John. Christine was never going to turn her back on the band she’s been financially tied to for over 50 years.

Without Christine, Fleetwood Mac in general doesn’t work and would have been a footnote in the history of rock when all is said and done.

Yeah, just like when she did a "duet" album with Lindsey, John, and Dick, when Old Goat Breath refused to join. Then toured with ONLY Lindsey for at least 6 months. You're right, she has no loyalty to him.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
