All I can do is hang in there and try to stay above ground because any day above ground is considered a good day.

Glad you're hanging in there, Brian. Take care!

JTIS... for all Howard Stern fans in New York...

America's Got Talent will be taping at the Hammerstein Ballroom on April 11-12. I hear these live tapings are a lot of fun! Get your free tickets here before they're gone:

I'm attending both of the April 11th tapings! :blob1:

just felt like sharing new music with the group that i dig, and of course, i got super excited because Stevie's microphone (circa the late '70s-early '80s) made an appearance! i mean, not the literal microphone that she used, but the same model. lol.

and this guy is just amazing....

both of them are from Norway, which makes me want to ask the question: "What are they putting in the water out there? these guys are AMAZING!"

Had a really bad dream last night.
And what was weird was I woke up,
fell back asleep twice and went right
back to the dream. Horrible!

I guess that means you did not dream of your wanton luxury.

I've had them saved on my computer for ages. They often do the rounds on tumblr. I don't know who to credit for putting the five pictures together like that though?

It may have been Peter (who also did my sig). Remember him? He's still around.

Well whoever it is, I'm more than happy to credit (or remove) if they wish

I don't think you should remove it. I think you should keep it. It rocks. We have to do what little we can to show the world that Jim Welander was the hottest amateur concert photographer of the twentieth century. Nobody here believes me when I say that.

I know very little, if anything about Jim Welander and his photography? Is he responsible for many photographs that I would recognise? Forgive my ignorance!

Jim Welander rocked our hearts and our souls with his searching, penetrating shots of Stevie dancing across the stages of the world, in this, our life.

Sanne or somebody might have a bunch of Welander photos handy to share with us, to care with us.

I feel spiritual when I see Welander.
