I, personally hate scrolling back forever through the thread. I think it makes it more confusing. But besides that...
I thought he should especially do one now, because there was a controversy and everyone was waiting for him to rule, and with a new thread they would know he had...see already people have put posts up after his.
It's just more convenient and logical, to me. Like, every day the new thread starts with "ok, this has been voted out, and such and such are left" very first thing, very first page! easy peasy! And the thread would each day be named, "Tusk surivor, round blah" simple pimple! :)

Ok. If you are going to change immunity PLEASE DO IT BEFORE NOBODY HAS VOTED FOR THAT SONG! There were 4 votes for SMAP so I can not allow the immunity to be changed. Sorry..

AGAIN IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHANGE YOUR VOTE PLEASE TELL THE SONG YOU PREVIOUSLY VOTED FOR AND THE NEW VOTE,
Thanks

Wo woh woh. Wait a minute. How can you still go ahead with this round and extend it? What about our European friends who are asleep right now. You are doing them a great injustice.

This round must be disqualified. It's the only fair thing to do!!

When it's about saving "SMAP," you seem to be a lot more adamant. ;)

I assure if SMAP loses fair and square, I will declare it so.

I assure you, however, that if this round is counted after all this confusion and after all out European friends have gone to bed, I will cry FOUL like there's no tomorrow.

I can't believe how messy this game is getting. This round is total chaos. If it was up to me, I would make this whole round null and void. But in case it isn't, I vote for getting rid of Beautiful Child.

I wish we could just abolish the whole immunity thing. It just makes for a lot of controversy and arguing.

It doesn't matter to me, honestly. I like the immunity, but it's confusing. I say keep it, but set new rules for its use.

NoThatFunny 08-25-2004 07:13 PM

This is crazy!! Wheeeew. Is this board always like this?

Man, oh man.

Anyway, my vote goes to Beautiful Child. You're not a child anymore.

Welcome to the dark side, darling.

And welcome to the board, I never got to officially say that. :wavey:

You don't need to assure me of that... it's pretty much a given. ;)

Personally, I still don't understand what the confusion is/was about.
HomerMcVie answered the question and cited "Walk A Thin Line" as the song to which he wished to grant immunity. Jacob told him his answer was correct, and validated "WATL" as the Immunity Song.

That Homer changed his mind afterwards, is of no consequence. His first choice was given immunity by Jacob, fair and square. :)

I look at it this way... once Jacob deems which song has immunity, there should be no "call-backs." That rule always worked when I was 12, and it somehow seems fitting now. ;)

DeadliestPoison 08-25-2004 07:16 PM

In case I haven't voted in this round yet...

WALK A THIN LINE, since it's not immune anymore.

Sugar 08-25-2004 07:21 PM

Beautiful Child

jbrownsjr 08-25-2004 07:32 PM

You are so beautiful child that I need you to fall away!

bye bye!

for those who speak english that was me voting off BChild.

Tango 08-25-2004 07:38 PM

My vote is for Save Me A Place . I love the song, but there are others that I love more.

rezamatic 08-25-2004 07:41 PM

It's been brought to my attention that Walk a Thin Line may have immunity...? (I can't even follow this anymore, lol) so if that is the case my vote is Beautiful Child. Not changing my vote, just letting you know.

CarneVaca 08-25-2004 07:48 PM

I vote to can BEAUTIFUL CHILD.

But I do so under protest! This round should be invalidated!! And I am going to continue to insist on it.
