I'm not routing, er, I mean rooting for any of them. I hope all of their success and happiness dries up and they die miserable, old and alone. Now I will just stick around here and watch this soap opera instead of that which was once a band that produced music that I cared about.

It’s not Lindsey’s fault if all the members care about is money.

I hope Lindsey wins by a rout.

:eek: NO!!! Is that what perjury means? Thanks for clearing that up for me. I know, it's hyperbole on my part. Just like calling this poll a vote by jury. I thought you had a better sense of humor than that! :p

However, I do believe this interview is admissible in court. Stevie said Lindsey wanted them to wait an exaggerated longer period of time to tour. According to his complaint, that's not true.

Sorry, I genuinely thought you misspoke, I wasn't trying to be a jerk or condescending, so I apologize if it came out that way. You also weren't the only one to use that word. So hopefully we're all good

Oh yeah, definitely! I think you are one of the most thoughtful and polite posters here.

I don't know because we don't have all the facts yet.

I was confused by that too. This is a new suit though because it was just filed a few days ago.

So I guess he's bringing a lawsuit with the intention of being awarded vast amounts of artistic integrity? Perhaps he plans to give the huge settlement to charity? ;)

I have a feeling it will be.

Ah yes. The Does. Who are they?

It would be a different story if these were two twenty-somethings, new to the scene - surely these vets knew something like this was coming; I imagine (hope!) they are both good at compartmentalizing the background noise and just enjoying playing great music in front of big crowds again.

Then again, I'm one of those big LB *AND* NF fans who somehow wants both guys to live happily ever after! ;)

Tom and The Heartbreakers were involved in a very ugly lawsuit early in their career. Mike knows the drill. Neil seems like a steady Eddie kind of guy so I'm sure he's doing fine. This has nothing to do with him.

Team Lindsey all the way.

Hell, I might even make a Team Lindsey T-Shirt 😊

Just for context it's been speculated that might have been what John wanted.

Too late. The myth has been shattered.
