You and Stevie and your poor computer skills... ;) Actually, I'd be right there with you. I'm a total dinosaur.

Assuming the suit is true, He likely had had to turn them over as supportive documentation and to corroborate the timelines

Well, good for him. I hope he takes them to the cleaners.

Irving Azoff will have LB's balls in a jar on his desk by the time this is all over with. Becky has no idea what she's up against. Lindsey will be lucky to play nightclubs when this tour is over. Who do you think planted this story? Frankly I'm surprised he waited this long.

This is one drama queen band!

Is Lindsey "without a leg to stand on"?

Has the rest of the band being telling sweet "little lies"?

I guess we will find out when this case goes to court as I assume the band members will be under oath when they share their side.

Did Lindsey just file the lawsuit? If so, why did he wait until the new Mac went out on the road and not when he initially got fired? Or maybe he did.

I'm actually chuckling inside about this although it's really kind of sad. Leave it to me to fall in love with the most drama filled band ever!

Oh well.

They got the court filing off of LA Superior Court's website.

Hmm, maybe so. I guess we will find out soon enough.

At least now we are getting a more complete sense of what went down. If all true, it was probably all underway before MusiCares, meaning this has little to do with smirks and Rhiannon. Also shows the whole band is to blame, including beloved Christine. I’m so glad I’m not spending a penny on this band.

What a crazy ****show.

Oh well.

If they don't settle then there will probably be depositions. I'm not sure if those can be sealed or not. If not and this thing goes to trial we will get all the gory details of Music Cares including whatever the hell he did to Karen and past history of bad behavior. I'm wondering if this comes as a result of him rejecting an offered settlement or no offer of settlement at all. Oh man oh man, oh man I have so many questions right now.

I'm curious why you think something happened with Karen? Did something happen between Karen and Lindsey before? It's just I've never heard anything like that.

It was something on the grapevine. From what I can gather he flipped out on Karen before the show. Probably over the Rhiannon thing after having read that on RS.

Buckingham claimed everyone in the band wanted to start the tour in August 2018, but he asked to push it to November because he wanted to work on his solo album. Nicks reportedly only wanted to do three shows a week, which meant the band’s North American tour would take even longer.

So does this mean the band was NOT lying about him wanting to delay?

So that it was a reason why he was fired? This must have been on Stevie’s List.

It seems that Mick was telling the truth.
