Yeah. They had better just release all those old concerts from five decades ago and leave us to our memories.

Unless they double-bill with the Stones? Egad. Or maybe double-bill with Coldplay? Egad. Double-bill with Madonna? I’m there!

Would Stevie come out and do twirl competition with M?
These days I could only see Mac sharing a bill with Eagles, Harry Styles, or Haim.

They could combine two of their songs into a medley: Angel and Angel.

ZZzzzzz.

But picture Fleetwood Mac onstage with Bootsy Collins! Inspired, right?

Why not just be neutral and do "Angel" by Aerosmith! Stevie has never spoken positively about M. Also, M's friends with Nicki Minaj... recall Stevie publicly stated she would have strangled Nicki because she was mean to Mariah!

Here, take my money.

WHO would be the intended audience for this tour? Who would go? Honestly, who, who, WHO?

Boomers with their social security money that was not affected by COVID, wanting to see their peers on one last hurrah of a night, to prove to themselves that they are still vital forces in this world? We are (hopefully) coming out of a pandemic; a lot of people are going to think long and hard about where they choose to travel and spend their money.

Even when it comes to Boomers, I don't get who why they would want to see these cranky septugenarians wheezing in each other's general directions for two hours.

There are PLENTY of old videos on YouTube of this band in concert at their peak. There are wonderful versions of these songs that were recorded decades ago. The BEST versions that will ever exist.

Listen, I get live music. I have been married to two musicians. I don't demand perfection from live shows; it's not that. They weren't perfect live in 1976. It's just... there is NO way this farewell tour can be good, at all. They don't have it anymore. God bless them, they are nearing death.

MAYBE something like The Dance, with carefully curated performances, and some short, heartfelt(?) moments, would be appealing to me as something to watch in my home. A full on tour, I do not understand who the audience is.

^I don't know if the majority of patrons base their purchase on the age of FM members. So because I don't know, there could be be a thinking by a patron that I'd better see these legends before they stop playing live.

As far as my opinion goes, the 2018 tour should be their final tour - by tour I mean state to state. There was no new music, they did covers, and the tour didn't have a name so I say let that be the final tour of a working FM and I guess call that the 50th Anniversary Farewell Tour.

Now if there's to be a Classic reunion, I really think they should park up at the Raiders Stadium in Vegas. And see if they can sell two nights or more as the Last Time FM will ever play live.

Good point about seeing them alive... I guess I am wondering who hasn’t seen them yet, who would want to see them as a last chance. I don’t mean to sound as unkind as I did; having been born in 1972 — perhaps the year Stevie mastered the art of spicing up Hamburger Helper — I am far past my own youth. I’m just baffled I suppose. I also don’t like the sound of trying to pressure the McVies into more as it really sounds like they want to wind down and enjoy what time they have.

Vegas sounds like a perfect place where they can all comfortably do one last stretch.

Note to self - Never, and I mean NEVER put sarafield in charge of my life support decisions!

But you're right. They're DONE. No voices left. It's become embarrassing at this point. I wish/hope they have the class to just call it a day. They should release as many old live video performances as they can. Mirage in its entirety. Tusk and whatever Rumours footage there is. I'd certainly guess that they recorded pro video of OWTS when Christine returned. Sell us that sh*t! We'll pay!

But it's time for FM to enjoy their remaining years rocking on their front porches.

Well, I've seen them many times, but if there were a last tour, I would go. I want to say goodbye. Goodbye to them and to that part of my life.

I want to see them again, too. One last time. But, I'll always want to see them together again one last time.

I'm happily brainwashed. If only the 4 came, I'd die of happiness. But, no backing musicians or backing tracks. Just the 4!! Dream on.....

Which 4? Everyone but John or everyone but Stevie?
