View Full Version : Stevie's face...
Does anyone think Stevie has had work done on her face?(botox, eyes, etc.) I can't really tell, but my god, she looks so good!

She looks good, but not "botox good". She had some lines under her eyes. Botox makes you look plastic, and you cant move your brow cause its paralyzed (I used to work at Allergan, who makes Botox). Maybe she has, but it would be fooling me if so.
I dont know if she's had work done other than her chest... Maybe some others can be more enlightening.

Looked to me like she and Christine both had a little refresher work done pre-tango. I heard something to this effect from a number of people here in La-La land. Doesn't look like she has had anything done lately. Wouldn't hurt, but I just pray she calls Catherine Deneuve or Candice Bergen for a reference. They look amazing and natural.
I don't think she needs it. She looks great. But it wouldn't surprise me if she got a little nip here and there as the years go by.

I don't know... Stevie has lines around her brow, her eyes, and her mouth, and some fullness around her jawline... so it looks to me that she hasn't had anything done.
She still looks very beautiful and youthful, but in a natural way... she doesn't look all plastic and pulled like those who've had plastic surgery often look.
But who knows... anything's possible. :)

I definately think Christine had that "too tight" face lift look going on by the Dance tour. I really can't tell about Stevie though. It is possible that she had a chemical peel or some similar work done. An older friend of mine (about Stevie's age) just had one done and it took 10-15 years off her face! I'm saving my money up to get one myself in the not-too-distant future!

in interviews in the past . . . and having seen her up close, I would take her at her word. She's freely admitted having had breast implants and having had them removed. I don't think there's any reason to "hide" having had alterations in this day and age. She's probably really good with regular cosmetics, and could probably have someone professional on the road with her.
I saw a video of her from "back in the day" where she applies makeup on camera and explains who some of her role models were. It's pretty funny. Cosmetic tips from Stevie. :)

I don't think she's had anything done at all, just a LOT of make-up. I saw a photo of her from the rehearsals for a Very Special Christmas Concert from 2000 at the White House and she didn't have a stitch of make-up on. Let's just say that she looked pretty bad. I'm sure if you were to do a search you could find it. But consider yourself warned!
I think what Stevie does is she puts on a very thick coat of pancake make-up and then puts very minimal amounts of regular make-up on; that way she looks more natural.
Regardless, even with or without the make-up, she is stunning for her age. EXCEPT in that pic for the X-Mas concert.

And there's no way of proving this, but it seemed pretty obvious to me that she had an eye lift right after the Dance, right around Enchanted. And I think it was the perfect thing to do. Look closely at her solo Behind the Busic Special, which came out I think in 1998 or 99. They have pieces of interview from around the Dance (and Dance footage) and you see her eyelids are a bit droopy and her eyebrows are a bit saggy when you compare to the "new" interview...the one where she has crimped hair, shiny pink lipstick and looked absolutely fabulous. You can just tell. Here eyes are wide open and youthful an her eyebrows are high and arched and theres no trace of sagging skin in between. I think then she was fresh from an eye lift. But that's JMHO. I have no proof other than this observation. It just jumped out at me at the time and I was like "Whoa...eye job!!" when I saw it. Go take a look.
I'm sure Stevie gets laser resurfacing and collagen and all that stuff that's available to keep her skin looking its best (its only temorary anyway)...I would just kinda expect that from any 45+ woman who's in the public eye...but that's not really surgery and I dont think shes had any surgical face lift other than the eye job. Shes naturally gorgeous, but Im sure she has all the expert consultants and little zaps here and there to keep her skin looking smooth. I mean her skin is practically flawless and she did smoke for like 10 years, right? No way she's that lucky!:D

Her skin IS flawless and it's just amazing. I know Stevie has always looked about 10 yrs younger than she actually is, but over the years I have suspected her of doing something. Nobody who has done as many drugs as she has stays looking that good.
Anyway, she is awesome. I can only pray to look that good when I reach her age~With a little help, of course~;)

She smoked probably closer to 20 years, and there were Rumours that she was smoking on "The Dance" tour. She claims to have quit in the 90's with the help of the patch. Of course you have to factor in all the POT. But I don't think she's been nipped or tucked. They did some closeups on the Today Show and....

Yeah, on one of the more recent radio interviews she talked about looking the mirror and just decided the risk (for after-effects of smoking) were too great now, and she didn't want to lose her voice.
She's great. :D

I think I read somewhere that she said... oh wait. Never mind. That was Cher. :p
