Stevie's nationality?

I don't know if this has been posted before but does anyone have any clue as to what Stevie's nationality is? I mean, i know she's American but where did her ancestors come from originally?

i read somewhere that her family doesn't really want to discuss it but part of her family is from south africa (i hear those people originated from a small tribe of caucasians from ethiopia who somehow ended up in s. africa) the other bit of her family is mongolian/icelandic mix... but i don't know the exact percentages...

She's probably like most of us Caucasian/Anglo/WASP/European-descent types....

Being that she was raised Episcopalian, I would imagine that
her background is largely English. Most Episcopalians that haven't recently converted to that faith are decendants of the original English colonists in British North America as the Episcopal Church is the direct ancestor to the Church of England in colonial America. I know this partly because I am Episcopalian and they only encompass about 2% of the the religious groups in America today. It tends to be a dying religion because most of them are old WASPs that die off and many of the younger people leave the church or go on to more charismatic protestant denominations.

There's an interesting clue as to where at least some of her dad's family comes from during the Cologne, Germany, concert on the Tusk Tour.
