Me again with another question:
Do any of you know whether and when the Mac's Warner Bros back catalog from 1975 onwards will finally be remastered with expanded booklets featuring complete lyrics, rare photos, extensive track info and of course bonus tracks?
I know they did a Rumours DVD-Audio which was remastered but that's not playable on a conventional cd player. There was also talk of Tusk getting the same treatment, what is the status on that project?
Next year following the new studio album or better yet coinciding with the new Very Best Of album would be a perfect time for these to come out, what are your thoughts on this matter?
I'm really hoping they WILL come out soon, as the ones available since 1987 are totally lacking soundwise (lots of hiss) and in packaging. These days new technologies are widely available from 24 bit remastering to SACD and DVD-Audio, so it can be done!
