I LOVE this version of Rhiannon, MUCH better than the Dance version!! :nod::thumbsup: It starts out with NO piano intro, just that guitar riff!! WOOHOO!! I am loving it!! :D

i said the EXACT same thing christy. the dance isn't even close. And it's a GOOD guitar. And aren't you digging that ending, It's SORT OF like the 70's. and i like how she usese the back up singers in the All the same's.

In spite of the blinding spotlight burning my skin, beaming down upon the section where I was seated, I enjoyed the Artist Rights show. Stevie pretty much sounded the same as always. But it's refreshing when the set list deviates from the Stevie norm (e.g. Rhiannon, sans the piano intro, that you mentioned). It was also nice to hear Gold Dust Woman open the show again and see Stevie and Petty duet like in the good ol' days. Petty did a pretty good Dylan impersonation during I Need to Know, which was a riot.

I agree. It is totally a rockin' version of Rhiannon. It has since become one of my favorite live versions. It is very refreshing to hear a different kind of version for a change instead of the same old piano intro. I loved hearing Stevie and Tom do Stop Draggin' My Heart Around! It was just so cool to hear!
