Hi everyone,
This is a little off-topic, but since there's always a lot of discussion of mp3 files here, I thought someone might be able to help me.
I want to move some MP3s on my work computer to my home computer. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to do this. Obviously, the files are too big to be copied onto floppy disks or sent as attachments over e-mail. I've fooled around with WinZip a little, but can't seem to get the files small enough.
I probably sound like a real dolt, but can anyone help?!
Thanks! :)

the easy way would be to just burn them into cd's (as data cd's), but if you don't have a cd burner and you wanna transfer the files using the internet, what you need to do is install ICQ/instant messenger in both computers, place the files in your shared file there, keep your connection open at work, and then, from home, start downloading from your workplace using the icq/im. the 3rd option would be to disconnect your workplace's pc's hard disk and hook it to your home pc.

Besides Tommer's good ideas, another way, would be to open a music "locker" at MyPlay.com.

Upload the files from work...then access your "locker" from your home computer and download them.
