I was just wondering, in Smile At You (angry version) what is Stevie saying in the very beginning? I can't really make it out with the version I have downloaded and it's really been bothering me:)

It's probably 1981 (most of "Mirage" was recorded in 1981), & the other one -- the old one that went around a long time ago on a tape made from the acetate -- is probably 1976 (I don't think Mac did any recording in 1977) even though a bunch of people keep calling it a "Tusk" outtake.
