Survivor"By the numbers"- track 1

well these survivors are SO fun. So i figured i'm going to start a new one, even tho the current one is still going. You guys now have two. We've been doing this by albums, but now I'm doing it by the track number. we're going to create our ultimate album through this Survivor Game. first let's get the perfect opener. Next week the perfect track 2.

Well Stevie had alot of great openers. But to me I can't wait is the weakest song here

well, if i could vote, i'd vote for I Can't Wait. i don't really like that song.

Now, I am supposing we are supposed to vote songs OFF, and as openers, I had to vote off Rooms on Fire. While it is my favorite, if not one of my favorites, from the list, I don't like it as an opener. It's a little too slow for an opener, but out of the OSOTM songs, I WOULD pick it as the opener. But when I think of an opener, I always think of what I would like to hear open a concert, and really I only like a handful of Stevie songs as openers. Outside the Rain to me was always the best one...and for example, Gold Dust Woman, my favorite song ever, I did not think was a good opener. Other songs I think that would be good openers or were good openers for concerts are Stop Draggin, Blue Denim, Enchanted, Trouble in Shangri-La, Angel, and I think that's about it. But to me, openers should have a certain energy in them, but not TOO much. They should get the crowd moving but not to the point that a song or two later they are still wound up when you're playing something more mellow like, say, Dreams. And, I just realized, I forgot The Chain as an opener. Just my thoughts... :wavey:

I know Cant Wait will be voted off but I am a big RAL fan so I refuse to send that one off.

I am MISSING my OSOTM cd and Im so upset...I want to listen to it ( I have to listen at least once a month!) and I can't FIND it! How does one even LOSE a cd?!?!?!?! So I couldn't toss out Rooms on Fire , tho that isn't my fav.

I think my fav is Blue Denim..I love its "meaning" &how she sings it!

I voted for Twisted....I adore that song, but if I had to choose, I'd say it was my least favorite from that list.

Well I still can't vote... but when I can it will be for Sometimes It's A Bitch. I actually really like this song a lot.. but the other songs are just so much better.. and Stevie didn't write this one.
