Okay, what IS the latest on the new album?

Is there ANY information out there that indicates the new album will ever be released? I mean, it's just total silence. Is this a strategic move, or has the band lost interest? Does anyone know anything?

I know the subject has been addressed throughout these forums, but I'm just throwing this out there hoping someone knows ANYTHING new.

well this week WZLX a classic rock radio station in boston had a count down of the top 500 clasic rock songs ever and they said some thing along the lines of: "the band with the 293rd song on the count down has recently writeen recorded produced and sompleted a new album that is sitting in boxes waiting to be realseed but that WB isnt ready to put it out yet"* and then he said that the tour wond staqrt untill eather like winter 2002 or spring '03 damb then they played YMLF which causd me to crank up the volume as a sang at the top of my lungs in the grocery store parking lot i got some weird stars but hell it was FM on the radio a rare occurence around here. and since i forgot my cds when i went to visit my friend in NH i was singing that song all weekend

Thanks everyone for the information. I'm trying to be patient, remembering that Lindsey's bent for perfection always results in something special (if that's indeed the situation). And putting together a great album takes time no matter what.

Anyway . . . waiting for the countdown.
