What do you think is Stevie's favorite Breakfast?
I think it is a bowl of Lucky Charms - "with magical hearts and diamonds", a glass of juice and some toast "as part of a complete breakfast"! (Maybe a muffin instead of toast....hmmmm)
What do you think?

Stevie is an omelette person so it would have to be
A Western Omelette
A Spinach or Mushroom Omelette
or....
An Egg White Omelette with Ham & low fat cheese (Healthy Choice !)
She also likes Mexican Food so Huevos Rancheros (Green or Red Chile) with a tortilla side would be in order !!!
For the BEST Huevos Ranchero's, Albuquerque's South Town region is your best bet !!! :wavey: ;)

Rhiannon1119 : Mushroom Omelettes are my fave also. Melted Swiss or Cheddar cheese makes it great also !!!
Stevie would also drink De-caf coffee or Herbal Tea (Celestial Seasonings). Low Fat or Hormone Free Milk would be in order also !!!
As for cereal, Cap'n Crunch would be my suggestion for Stevie. Also Oat or Wheat Bran would be needed since Stevie is past 50 :o and needs to remain healthy !!!
I also like Westen Omelettes too !

an Atkins disciple.......well sorta in between breaks... LOL!
So I would have to say Bacon and Eggs.....is somewhere on Stevie's favourites list.......
I have to agree...I don't think Stevie is up before noon! If anything I think she may have an "omelette lunch".
On the Atkins diet...although I think it has helped "some" people lose weight, I do not think it is healthy..IMO. I really wish she would get off of it...if she's still on it! Besides, HOW CAN ANYONE GIVE UP PIZZA?!

Let's be honest here..........
Just like anyone, on any diet, I'm sure Stevie cheats here and there....I mean, c'mon, who can resisit a lone Oreo sitting on the counter?!?
As far as breakfast, she just looks like a big coffee person to me.......maybe some scrambled egg whites, but that's about it.

Hi:
I asked Stevie over at the NicksFix what her favorite food is and if she's good at preparing any certain foods...and she answered that she makes a mean omelet! I noticed someone else here mentioned her fave is omelets, so I guess s/he saw that info at the NicksFix.
Also, at the Q and A section at The Penguin Hoppy Hodges who knew her from the Buckingham Nicks days said she loved French toast! I'm guessing she can't eat much of that anymore if she's still following the Atkins Diet, though, as it doesn't let you eat ANY bread. (I could never stick to it, don't know how she did!)

Louise... hate to tell you this but you shouldn't be eating regular pizza... only the specially made stuff with soy flour.

Ok Louise...that I did. :D
I knew I could get a high quality education here on The Ledge.
Here's a link to Dr. Atkins' official site:

Didn't have time to read all of it, but it seems like carbs ARE tolerated to a degree, depending on what phase of the diet you are in..... God I hope I interpreted that right...I don't want EGG on my face again!

I have come to realise to my detriment sometimes over the past few months that whilst i love regular pizza and other bread stuffs....it really doesn't like me.....so now try to stay away from it.

Oh, you have a wheat allergy or something? Soy flour is pretty good anyway... I decided to try it once out of curiosity and it's really not that bad... it's obviously different from real flour but not disgusting. My mother has that Atkins book, and I flipped through it before and saw that they have a few recipes that use the soy flour, so you could definitely try them. :)
