Just in case any of you want this I have put the 8 Bob Welch songs from California Jam 2 onto my blog (and also Dave Mason's 9 song set).

It's just odd that not even ONE SONG from Bob's set made it onto the official album release of Cal Jam II. Licensing snafu, maybe?

It was a great day! Tiring, but still wonderful!

Well actually when you listen to Bob's set the sound quality isn't that great. Maybe that is why it never made it onto the official release?

If you want Heart's set then there is a link on the blog to another blog with the entire 6 CD set.

Just getting into the bob welch era now very rewarding, shame him and danny couldnt have stayed together longer danny was an awesomely inventive player.

Dear Greenman, I agree with you 100%! The more I listen to Welch-era Mac, the more I love it. Good number of high quality songs. I agree, it would have been nice if It could have lasted longer. We'll just have to assume that everything happens for a reason. Best always, Madelow.:)
