Thanks for the heads up - I almost forgot to sign it. I started my greeting off with the word 'well' - hoping to catch her attention, and make a personal connection since she seems to emotionally connected to the word. Then I asked how old she was turning (I guessed 30, but now think I should have guessed 31) and then told her she was looking good. :)

Today at work,I celebrated Stevie's Birthday,At 10am the local radio station put 3 song music block of Stevie's to celebrate.after that I played my Ipod with her songs throughout the day to celebrate.

Speaking of 30, I have a question. Does anyone think she has had a face lift? I know she used Botox, but that was years ago and only lasts so long. When I went to the concert with my mom, when Stevie was talking about Gypsy and mentioning years etc. my mom figured out how old she was and she made the comment that she thought her face looked really good and that she had a face lift. Thoughts?

Moody Blues did their PBS special there several years later (and like Stevie, my local casino in a few months).

Some Buffalo station played some Mac songs in a row (Dreams, GDW, Rhiannon) and Stevie did the little commercial bumper in between. ("I'm Stevie Nicks and you're listening to 96.7!")

They played a bit of an interview too, where she said she liked her "quirky little voice"... or croaky, I'm not sure which. :laugh:

One of my co-workers poked her head in my cube today and said she heard on the radio Stevie Nicks is 61 today. So I held her captive and made her listen to my story about attending the first Wild Heart Affair birthday bash in San Francisco. A great memory that I will cherish forever.
