This concert was broadcasted without a date or location, although there was mention that this was the last show of a short tour in early 83 before the main tour that lasted most of the year. there's an official live video that was released in 1982 which would be just 1st album tour material (Bella Donna), but this includes some songs from the second one, "the wild heart." It's almost Memorial Day weekend, and I was trying to think of something memorable to upload. This would be pretty memorable if you're one of the many who like Stevie Nicks. She sounded good in this show, and this one was not up there. It is now.

Thanks Brian. I know someone was asking for this and I've not had time to post it. In fact, I may d/l this myself since I can never seem to find my copy of Dreamer.

What concert could that be? Does anyone think it is the Oakland show or another show mixed in with the Beverly Wilshire show? (I can't download it right now but it defenitly looks interesting!

EDIT: Looked it up and seems like it is similar to the Dreamer CD, which I find fascinating, because I didn't know that this has actually been a radio show.

Which is why I can't figure out why the seeder describes it the way s/he does.

I saw the pre-FM LP of this on eBay a while ago and now I regret not to have bought it (for like 30 dollars).

Listening to it, I'm pretty sure it is the 1981 HBO special plus the addition of Stand Back and Beauty and the Beast from a later 1983 show. The intro's are the same as HBO - "Thank you and welcome to the last night of this very short tour" as well as the "I'll never forget you either" during the intro to Rhiannon. It sounds like the audience noise was added.

There was an ad for it in Circus magazine. But everyone was so disappointed & confused because it was a mix of the old '81 video & only three new songs performed that year. People were bummed, to say the least.

(Although three from 1983 is better than none.)

Hi I was the one who started a thread asking about this. It's listed in the discog as a Westwood One Superstar Concert Series and I think it is identical to the Dreamer bootleg that's out there. Unfortunately, it is indeed the tracks Beverly Wilshire/HBO show from the White Winged Dove Tour, plus Stand Back, Beauty & The Beast and Leather & Lace from the Wild Heart Tour, recorded, I believe in Oakland, CA in October of 83. It's too bad that these three are the only tracks from this show, because she sounds amazing - Beauty & The Beast is epic Stevie. Thanks for posting it - have a great Memorial Day Weekend!
