Wow...how can you be in a bad mood after you watch that? Amazing young singers with an amazing teacher.
I really do hope FM get a chance to see that. Stevie should drop in on their chorus class.

Love it! Their teacher is a cutie!
From the PS22 chorus blog:
Just got word from Stevie Nicks tour manager that she was completely blown away by the PS22 Chorus rendition of her song "Landslide!" He said she asked him to replay 2 times afterwards, crying each time she watched! Talk about humbling!! And the kicker?? She invited the PS22 Chorus to sing the song at Madison Square Garden for the upcoming June 11th Fleetwood Mac show!! Holy cow!!! Thanks must go to Perez Hilton for getting our video out there and making this incredible opportunity happen for the kids! Unbelievable!! And there's more to come....

Hope they perform it on stage WITH the Mac, not just as an opener before the Mac comes out or something.

Thanks for posting this, they are so good. What I loved is how they are all so passionately singing. I mean everyone of them. That is so cool that Stevie invited them to sing at MSG. Amazing!

I have never liked to hear children's choral renditions of pop songs (well, except when I was a kid and in a chorus,) but these kids are a joy to hear. The arrangements are lovely, and though each child really looks as if he/she is feeling the music deeply and individually, they work together seamlessly. I applaud their director, and it makes me so happy to see a school music program in the spotlight.
( I especially like their Crowded House renditions!0

we "can rig it up and hear it through a tin can"I actually got the sheet music for it a long time ago! I think it's quite hard to sing because it's not always very diatonic. It's a series of strange dissonances. Here's the very last page of it.
