Last night I went to the show Gloria Estefan gave in Peru, it was awesome!! She performed all hits I could remember, plus those I had forgotten!! Many thrilling moments, like the one she wore a typical peruvian hat (made of alpaca wool), a gift from a fan; another gift was a flag, well two flags joined, Peru and Cuba.

And when Gianmarco, a popular peruvian singer joined her to sing HOY, the song she made the video in Machu Picchu. Gianmarco is the guy who wrote that song but also he wrote the song many latin singers played at the White House for the sept 11 Tribute.

I have backache right now, I danced and jumped a lot! By the way, first row price was less than us$200. ARE YOU LISTENING FLEETWOOD MAC?

I love Gloria! Those are brilliant pictures, she looks gorgeous as ever. It looks like it was a fantastic show.

This is a great one, love her style (though it does look a little like she's stolen Lindsey's hat from the hold me video. :lol: )

I've always liked her. I have some of her CDs. Thanks for posting the pics. Is she on her farewell tour?

That's what I heard. But you know that "farewell" is always relative. I guess itīs a goodbye to long tours

She looks beautiful!! Glad you were able to see her in concert. I've always loved her music and the love for her family and fans.
