I'm wondering if the bonus tracks on Amazon and Itunes are going to be available only if you order the whole cd again...I hope not, because i am definately going to be wanting them, and not wanting to buy the cd 3 times! (I ordered it through WB, and got those BTs already, of course...)

This might be a dumb question, but do you only get the Enchanted bonus track if you buy the MP3 album from amazon, not the actual CD? I'm old-school and want the actual CD and artwork--but I want the bonus track too!

Enchanted is not on the CD, but it looks like you can buy it on Amazon by itself for $0.99.

I just can't understand why the entire show wasn't put on one damn CD and one DVD...I mean if this is supposed to be the definitive showing of Stevie today why cut it up and jumble it up this way...of all the times to cut Dreams...and certainly should have kept BATB on DVD if nothing else.
