I stumbled upon this link today:
http://musicalstewdaily.com/category/fleetwood-mac/
Musical stew daily in general is a great site, with rare performances from many artists. What I can't get over is the sound quality of this show, it's stunning. The first half is the same as heard on Wolfgang's site, but is more dynamic in sound. The second half has Butterfield with excerpts of another show at the end.

This is from a bootleg that has been around for many years....probably one of the earlier widely-available boots of an early Mac show.

I realize that, but the sound quality of the show!?! For 1968 it's on par with "View From the Vault 2", which is the Grateful Dead experimenting with live recording in 1968. So I have to think this is where Dinky meets Bear (Owsley Stanley) for the first time.

I think the sound was done in house by Family Dog or Bill Grahams people. That first tour they did not even have their own equpment. They only came with their guitars. If you listen to the concert you hear Peter complaining about the feedback of his borrowed amplifiers. probably courtesy of Butterfied Blues Band/ Michael Bloomfield. The Bear may have been involved. They were crashing at local musicians houses for times between gigs. Not the "High Life" in the traditional sense, but the "high life" nonetheless.
this was pre "Dinky Dawson"
