Brian Wilson wrote a song called "Stevie" that is supposedly about our girl. It never made it past the demo stage. Here it is.

Well, in 2000, there was a Beach Boys tribute album that included Saint Etienne's version of this song!

I bought it from itunes, and I really like it! The melody is as simple as ever, but they added a long and somber instrumental ending. Who else has heard it?

Has anyone ever seen the video for Rick Springfield's song "Jessie's Girl?"

Rick Springfield performs the song on-stage in a theater, and at the end of the video, it's revealed that the only two people in the audience are Jessie's Girl - - - and Jessie, with his arm around his girl. And they both have this look like . . .
