I have Tom Petty&the Heartbreakers Soundstage 2-dvd
it's awesome in picture quality and filming.
If Stevie's set is of same quality,it's worth waiting for.
I've been waiting for Counting Crows' Soundstage dvd to be released,
but i haven't even heard rumors of it's release.
One can hope,can't i?

At last night's show, Stevie said it was pushed back due to the original October 28th date being too close to the election......ummmm. ok

Also learned officially, the Mac tour starts on March 1st. Should be interesting.

Will post more later when I wake up from traveling...

Are you serious? So she acknowledged that it was pushed back... Well there's a turn up!

I always thought there was a correlation between the 700 billion dollar bail out and the fluctuating release date.

I spent some time with Stevie's tour manager before the show and Sharon also confirmed later that night that they go out in March.

Marty told me personally Stevie and Lindsey will be doing more of Christines songs and giving up some of their songs to balance out the Fleetwood Mac set/sound.

I really think that covering Christine's songs is only going to make her absence more obvious. Lindsey and Stevie do have a "balanced" sound on their own. Why mess?

Ah well... hope it works for them in the end!

Um...not sure that's good...wonder what songs they'll give up?

I don't think they can hit the road by March, but if they make that their goal, then maybe we'll see them before summer. May, June or something.

I wonder if my pocketbook is ready for this tour!

You actually might get some pretty good seats for a decent price if the economy doesn't straighten itself out.

They are probably going out at probably one of the worst times.... I read that going to concerts is one of the first things to go - when people start curbing their spending...

The only explanation i can think of for this is because Stevie going out and doing the press for the release would be overshadowed by the election coverage?

I'm glad she mentioned it tho; that was very unexpected!

Well, that may be true, but as far as the "business" goes the touring is really the place to make the money still.
