IAF is one of my least favorites on the album. I'm amazed it's hung around this long! But now it seems to be time to say goodbye, at last.

The final two are going to be hard to choose between.

Well since IAF, one of my FAAVVE songs is leaving this round, I would have to say that I am completely voting for WH next round. We HAVE to do it, it is the best. :nod:

But SB is taking away IAF, which has has a place 'deep inside my heart'. Since "something in my heart died last night' I will be voting for WH...

If I could do something cool like thta for SB I'd consider it.

Exactly, some of the best songs have been outsted. I've been voting SB since like the 5th round or something like that [I had to get rid of IWRTY, and I wasn't around for round 1].

Tellurium, I agree with the Madonna comment 100%. I don't even like her, and I think she is basically untalented and I don't get her fame. And SHE gets chart posistions. :rolleyes: go figure.

Madonna is not-so-much.

But, chart-positions aside, I do think Stand Back is a wonderful song, and IAF is slightly irritating and does nothing for me (would've voted for it 2nd round had I been here). That's me though. The range of opinions on this forum are really suprising to me, but certainly keep it interesting. I like fans that can disagree.

I have seen Stevie live seven times...

and everytime I hear Stand Back live my heart flutters...

and I feel her intense energy coming through...

That is why I love it!! Not because of it's chart placement!!

I have loved that song since I was 7 in 1983 when it was new!!!

BTW... I have loved Madonna just as long!!
The 80's belonged to her 100%!!!:angel:

But if you look back at this thread, the sentiment for Wild Heart has been overwhelming and I expected it to win ... if there was an actual poll. :blob2:

Hence my comment. Now Chris on the other hand has a different opinion.

However, I am not swayed by comments about Prince. I am only swayed because Stevie came up with an amazing idea and it's still so damn catchy decades later.
