Maybe in the twenties and then revived during the disco era, they used to have these dresses that were made up of tiers of long fringes. So, when you wore them on the dance floor, any time you moved, the fringes jumped, creating a frenzy of action. That is how the ruffles on Stevie's white skirt work.

It airs here on Friday at like 2 am! I have to be at work at 8:30! It is on again on Saturday at 11 pm, and the second part is next Saturday same time.

I'm sure the DVD will have everything. They probably feel that if they showed everything on PBS people would record it and wouldn't go out and buy the DVD.

An interesting thing to me, being at the taping, was that the stage was very " illminated" and I was concerned how the "ambiance" would come across on video for a Stevie video in particular.

I am sooooooooo happy to see that the lighting turned-out dark and creepy - the way it should be for a Stevie show. I hope the rest are that way.

I was afraid of that same thing. C ause i saw like a 2 second clip soundstage preview on pbs last night, and m first reaction is WAY TO BRIGHT STAGE. But wow stevie looks FREEKIN AMAZING wayvy hair boots and all. So if Gold Dust woman turned out cool and moody, i hope Rhiannon and HSML do too. Cause that video is STUNNING!!! soooooo excited! GO STEVIE!!!!:blob2:

Ummmm, I'm gonna say September of this year. But I'm wondering if PBS will be offering it a little earlier for a higher price? It's for a worthy cause you know.
