So, who all is going to see Stevie this summer. I know I am and I can't wait. Even if it is the same show, I've only seen her once before, so I know I will love it. I did however have a dream that she did Rooms on Fire, sooooooo~:)

already got my tickets for St. Louis. I live here so I don't have to go to any other city and all that stuff. I will give a full report on the show, set list and all the action. Hoping to meet her and I hope that it will work out but I am not crossing my fingers on it. I just want to have a good time. My seats are crappy but hey, at least I get to listen to good music and that's all that matters.

I am not going to a Stevie concert this year because it is the same show. I would have went to PNC or Jones Beach if Boston was playing too.

I was not planing on going, but may go to the Atlanta show with my sister and aunt and atleast sit on the lawn, kind of in memory of my mom, Jeannie, who passed away a few weeks ago. She got me started in my Mac fandom when the Dance came out when I was 10- we wore that video out! I really miss her- I played "Gypsy"' at the funeral.

:lol:GOOD WORK! If hes not yet a die hard, its hard to come away after seeing her, and not have a new found apreciation. My cousin for years had heard me ramble on about stevie but never really "got it" THEN he was SO SURPRIZED when she came on stage at the tom petty show. and Durring "don't come around here no more" when the strobe was goin, the shawl was flowin, and the tambourne and hair was bieng thrashed around he was like WOA!! SHE ROCKS!! i was like um yeah, i know.

I can't justify such a high ticket price for such a short (predictable) show.

Perhaps if Stevie played at McMenamins Edgefield... http://www.edgefieldconcerts.com/

Couldn't agree more...especially since, for me, the closest show is 2 hours away and gas is about $3.60 right now.

the Tampa show. I got 8th row tickets..not too bad. I think Stevie will throw in a few surprises once she comes back on the road in early June. I think the show will be changed up a bit. I expect we will hear at least one song that she has not done in at least 10 years...and my bet is on Rooms on Fire, Storms, or Blue Denim.

Right. The closest show to me is Atlanta which is actually about 4.5 hours away. That would be an expensive little excursion.

I would go if she were coming to Charlotte, Raleigh, or Greensboro though. I don't mind seeing the same show over and over.

Wish I ever would...but it's only a dream for me...but maybe she comes to Sweden anytime and, well, I would absolutley go and watch her!!!!!!! At the 1:st row!

I was at the Mohegan SunCasino Connecticut Show on April 20th awesome show too I do have a ticket for the boston show and hope to get a ticket to Jones Beach Show. Mohegan Sun Show was my 18th show since 1986 of seeing stevie live including with Fleetwood Mac. So looking forward to seeing more great shows . I am sure Stevie will do something different not sure what though, but it's basically the same show as last year except she adds Crash by Dave Mathews Band.Which she does an awesome job. Stevie never disappoints in my eyes she can sing the phone book and I am there.

Peace,

Steve:wavey:

No, I did not post it elsewhere- this has been such a crazy time. Thank you everyone for your kind words, it really means a lot to me. Maybe I''ll make a more detailed post later, as there were actually some really miraculous experiences (along with terrible ones) that I would like to share- I could really feel all the love and prayers coursing through my body- it is the only thing that got me through.

You guys are so sweet, you made my day :xoxo:

Believe it or not, I got the Jones Beach tickets during the Nokia presale last Friday. I originally thought I got second row but then later found out that section B has no row A! :]

I am going to the Jones Beach show- I just bought 1 ticket because none of my friends would spend $150 to see her so they will be back in the $30 seats. Does anyone have any tickets theyre trying to sell for either Atlantic City shows, or even the jones beach show? I am in row G but id love to get up closer!
Thanks!!

I am still trying to go to Alpharetta with my aunt and sister, but we wil prob. just sit on the lawn b/c we don't have the money for full price tickets. How did you get front row?

Between the stress and pressure of my mom dying, my partner being hospitilized three times in the last month, and having to move BOTH of our things out of University Housing this week while he was in the hospital without the cooperation of the housing staff, I am not doing so good right now, so know that I appreciate all prayers and good vibes and thoughts right now :o

Believe me Adam, things will get better, I know it doesn't seem like it now, but it will. I lost my Father a few years ago so I know how you feel. Just keep hanging in there.
I've been a fan of Stevie's for many years and thank goodness for her music, it has been extremely helpful to me in times of trouble. As far as the tickets, I got them off of Ebay. They were expensive, but to me it's worth it. Last year I got 2nd row at Chastain, and finally got to shake Stevie's hand, I thought I had died and went to heaven. That's something I will never forget, and I can't wait to see her again. I hope you get to go so you can get lost in a couple hours of the best music there is as far as I'm concerned. I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya..
