iTunes nightmare

Hi guys. A while ago I did the dumbest thing. I had been playing my mp3's through iTunes while leaving them in their original folder, then one day started moving folders around causing the little iTunes imp who lives in my computer to jump out and thwack me on the side of the head. Well, okay what really happened was that iTunes couldn't locate my files (duh) so I thought it would be best to dump all my mp3's into iTunes. With limited hard drive space and too cheap to buy a backup drive I did the dump and didn't save the originals. So now I have a ton of mp3's I've collected over the years now in my iTunes as "Track 1", "Track 2", etc. So anyone want to play a guessing game with me? I'll post some lyrics and you guys guess what song they are? Would you mind helping a fellow Ledgie out?

It's gonna take a while so I figure I'll start a thread and call it "Guess That Demo". What do you guys think? Fun game or public nuisance? I won't do it if you guys think it's in poor taste or bothersome.

go to http://buckinghamnicks.net/sn/snlyrics.html first. there is a lyrics finder there. just type in a few of the lyrics from the song and it will give you the demo/song. then go to http://www.geocities.com/the3birdsofrhiannon/stevie.html to compare track times. that might be your best bet. believe me. been there, done that. got the gold medal.

Wow, when you guys jump in you really jump in. LOL! Awesome. I was away all weekend and came home to all these responses. Michelle, I really appreciate these links. This will make it much easier to get the exact demo. But since a bunch of you are having so much fun then I'll still play along. Besides, it's more fun this way. :)

Wow, looks like I totally killed this thread. LOL!

I've been using the links Michelle kindly posted and it's been working perfectly. The demo I mentioned above turned out to be 24 Karat Gold, but it's got some additional lyrics not mentioned on the site. Oh well.
