Hi my name is Lori & I'm a newbie here! I am of course a Stevie Nicks / Fleetwood mac fanatic! :D I've loved their music since as long as I could remember (since my dad was also a huge fan). I FINALLY just got to see Stevie Nicks live for the first time (isn't that sad that it took so long) at the Chicago Rosemont Theatre show last week! It was amazing though & definitely one of the highlights of my year!
Anyway, thanks for putting my Rosemont videos on here! I think it's pretty cool that you guys put them on here for people to see! I know that the video quality wasn't that great because I brought my small cheapo camera but at least the audio was pretty clear! Next time I will bring my NICE camera & get better shots (it's got a 12x zoom on it). I was just afraid that I would get it taken away because it's kinda big compared to my small compact cheapo one.. lol!!
It was just amazing to BE THERE & experience the magic that is Stevie. I swear the first time I saw her singing on the Television screen many many years ago I thought I was seeing the Goddess herself beaming with light! It was wonderful to see that in person!
Sara was of course an amazing treat to watch in person! WOW, she just blew me away! I loved the whole show but that was for me the highlight!! I just wish I could have stayed in that moment forever!!
Thank you for letting me join your group here! I'd love to get to know you all! A little about me is that I'm 36 & currently a stay at home mom in Wisconsin (near Madison). I have three girls (Ostara who is 9, Piper who is 4, & Kendall who is 2) who I lovingly call my "charmed ones" & I am married to an Oriental Medicine Doctor / Acupuncturist (we will be celebrating our 16th anniversary on November 6th). :D
