I haven't got my first one either and its been nearly 2 months since I paid for it.

Yes, it is.
I wish I would have know how much time and work this was going to take, and I would have had second thoughts.
All of the copies of Issue One are going to be IN THE MAIL by the end of this month, and then I am going to rejoice.
Collection, editing, layouts, printing, binding, just a LOT goes into this,
and I don't think I will continue it after the first 6 issues I promised.
I just cannot do it and run my business in a timely manner.

But if you ordered, and have not gotten issue one yet, look for it soon, I am mailing out issues every day, and all will be OUT by October.

Right now I am getting the remainder of Issue One binded, packaged and shipped.

All of the people who ordered the fanzine have been informed when it was shipping, since you didn't order an issue you must not have seen the updates!

It really is.
I need to do them a different way, the printing and comb binding are quite expensive and the printer takes a while to get them done,
and since I can only afford to do them as they are paid for, it was the only way I could do them, hence, they have been shipping since mid September, and the last batch is going out today, on Halloween, how fitting! LOL!
I think I am going to do thermal binding for the next issues, I will need to purchase that machine and it will be much faster to do them myself.
I also need submissions, I guess everyone was waiting to see what Issue One looked like before sending in anything, and therefore, Issue One is mainly interesting older articles, with one fan profile (Marie Taylor) and one review (Caitlin C), so hopefully more people will send in artwork, stories and stuff for the upcoming issues...so it will be more fun and interactive...

I didn't have very many contributions for Issue One, so I am hoping with fan's contributions, and the help I have been offered, all future issues will be fabulous, and I hope you enjoy issue one!

my fanzine came today. it is great and the dvd is also. i watched it on my computer because it wouldn't play on my dvd player. thanks barb great job.
