Favorite Stevie Album Booklet

So of all of Stevie's albums that have new material (including Timespace) which booklet is your fave? Consider pictures, layout, font and all aspects.

For me it's either between OSOTM or TISL. Although I really love the Street Angel one as well..... I'll have to go with Street Angel. It's just so muchdifferent than any of Stevie's others, and I know I might very well be alone in my thinking, but I love it. :nod:

The artwork that was included for the original LP's of "Bella Donna" and "The Wild Heart" are the best, however most of those elements are missing from the CD's. The artwork reduction that was done for the first three albums for CD ruins what was original done really well.

I guess I should have put them in even though I really only wanted to do New Materials albums if you know what I mean. Plus, I have never seen the Enchanted booklet.:distress:

I love the OSOTM for its awesome cover pic of Stevie on the black/white checkered floor in her killer red gown. I think it's hands down the best cover pic of any album.. although Bella Donna would be next IMO. If anyone is curious, check out Jazmen's myspace page of her rendition! :)

Are you KIDDING? IMO, OSOTM is the WORST album cover by far. The picture on the back would have been so much better. I think someone did actually edit the picture once here but I can't remember who. It looked awesome. Best album cover for me is TISL by far but RAL isn't far behind. I love the cover of both these albums.

Oh yeah! Even the font chosen for the OSOTM is good. I wonder if this is the same checkered floor that's on the cover of the Worthington calendar?

It looked awesome. Best album cover for me is TISL by far but RAL isn't far behind. I love the cover of both these albums.


I actually agree with you about the Mirror cover. It is my least favorite cover, except for Timespace. The back cover of OSOTM was way better in my opinion. I do not like her body position on the photo they chose, she looks like she is in an awkward squat and it is not flattering at all. Plus, her hair looks awful and I do not like the overly red cheeks. Her dress rocks but that doesn't make up for the weird pose.

My favorite album cover is TISL. My favorite booklet is Enchanted...by a mile as well. I love the writing by Stevie and all the photos she used.

I love the Wild Heart. The cape, the purple pink coloring, the beautiful picture on the back of the album, the painted sepias and the lettering or font of the songs inside. Bella donna as well is so Stevie~ish to me with the scroll like lettering and the dress with the bird, the bluish purple coloring and so on. I think because I became a fan in the early 80's and these were my first 2 albums of hers, I think of Stevie like this. When OSOTM came out with more block lettering and graphic looks ,I couldn't place it with her right away~ this was the first album I had to get adjusted to. I love it now. I think its actually maybe her most unique album for her. There's something that stands out about it with the RED and I do love that album now. But I still have to vote favorite as WH and then BD. I really don't like Timespace or SA very much~:sorry:

I like the dress and the floor. And of course, Herbie is the photog. But her pose is just odd. So that's why it's a near miss for me.

You can probably pick up a copy used on eBay for pretty cheap. Trust me it's worth it. :)
