Not to rain on anyone's parade, but the Bangles are not opening for Stevie. The Bangles are playing on the free stage, 8/2. Stevie is a paid show on 7/16.

Maybe your dad will buy front row tickets for the two of you. :)
I'm thinking that I will go to this show. Three hours is not too far away for me.

It's in Paso Robles in the middle of California. It's also close to San Luis Obisbo.

You could probably fit in the trunk. :p
It's a boring three hour drive but it's closer than LA where I usually go.

We could sing! And from the trunk, you won't be able to hear me as loud!

Perfect! We can hang out at the fair too. Last summer I drove through Paso Robles when there was that heat stroke and it felt like I was in hell it so damn hot. It gets very hot there even when there isn't a heat stroke.

Oh Crazy!! lol...we've been back and forth to Oregon twice...about to make it three times with the move. My fiance probably wouldn't feel comfortable with me going alone!:( Our drive is 12 hours...and he always jokes that we have already gone this far we might at well go to Seattle lol.

I am not sure. As Deborah says, it's hotter than hell down there. I can just picture myself roasting with dust flying all over the place, wondering why I took a 3 hour trip for that setlist. :D
I swore after the Concord show I wouldn't go to another CV concert. My heart says go to Paso Robles, my head says are you nuts.

Fine, poophead. I certainly won't miss your bitching, if you are going to feel like you said above. :xoxo:
You'll note, though, that the highest price tix for this one are $52.

Plus car rental, gas, hotel, and added therapy to deal with setlist disappointment. I figure it's over $500?

Oh, I thought you weren't going to see her at all. Yes, it's a great deal and when the tix go on sale, I'll be online, credit card in hand and hopefully get first row..... That would be awesome. I haven't seen her live solo for almost 20 years. I think I deserve first row ;)

Errr...I thought Deb was going to drive us there and then back that night, as joked about above.
So, just therapy and food at the fair. Yep, $500.
