Did anybody else catch this show yesterday? There was a Stevie impersonator on but the comedian judges weren't impressed and sent her away. Jeffrey Ross (one of the judges) said she looked like she was having an epileptic seizure. The outfit was okay but she looked kinda old to me and didn't sound anything like her. And her set list sucked. She sang "Talk to Me".

I watched most of the show, and yeah...I just covered my eyes as soon as I saw the hair and the bangs. Somebody somewhere had posted a pic of her...lemme see if I can find it.

As for the rest of the show, I wasn't all that impressed. Lucy and the Honeymooner guys were pretty cool, but other then that I wasn't digging it.

Yes! Lucy was great - just a little chubby but that was the best Lucy impersonator I've ever seen. She wouldn't stop... "I wanna keep her alive too, whaaaaa". Yeah the Honeymooners good. Though Ralph was way better. I thought the whole show was going to be lame, but I kept laughing through the whole thing.

that was Michelle of Bella Donna. she performed with me at the Dreams event in LA. there's several of her videos on YouTube. I about died when I saw someone I actually know on there...

from what Michelle says, the other 2 judges were complimentary to her, but they didn't show that on TV and she sang "Talk To Me" because that's the only song they would clear.

Well they sure made her look kinda bad, poor thing. I wish she looked more like her...but you know once in a million years blah blah blah.

That's editing for you I guess. I want to see the full audition now, damn it. See and I was wondering why of all Stevie's songs she decided to do TTM...thanks for clearing that up J!

she also said they passed on her because they all thought of the Stevie Nicks from the cover of the Rumours album...

It's a TV program that is showcasing celebrity impersonators. It was on last night, google "the Next Best Thing" and I'm sure, it will come up. You can also do a search on YouTube and see if someone posted some of the acts.

Or just use the Force Yoda, geez.

That is the only song that was cleared for Gypsy 83 too...

Gypsy 83, now that you mention it, has been on Logo alot lately. all I can think of when I see it is "god, I hope the queers that don't know Stevie don't hold this movie against her" -
