I've been eating healthier and power walking lately, and now I think I am ready to start lifting weights. I looked some stuff up online, but it is so confusing. Does anyone here do a weight lifting program? Do you have any tips for beginers like me? I'm looking to lose some weight, but be more fit/toned as well. Does anyone know anything about supplements? Should I be taking a protein/testosterone supplement in order to see maximum results? Like I said, I am new to this weight lifting thing, and none of my friends are gym bunnies, so I thought I would ask here. Thanks in advance!
