I'm not positive of exactly what it is (though it appears to be a sampler of songs from each of Stevie's first four studio albums), but it's definitely not a promo cassette for 'Rock A Little.'

I've never seen that cassette before, and I'm always looking a Stevie stuff on ebay.
It must have went along with the promotion that this poster is for, which I have seen quite a bit.

cassette tape was a promotional item to promote the music of Stevie 4 solo albums before her 1989 tour dates in the U.K. . It is a 'somewhat condensed' best of album for the U.K. market featuring 8 tracks, such as the hits "Edge of Seventeen", "Stand Back" and "Whole Lotta Trouble".

I have seen that cassette time-to-time, I seem to recall seeing a cd version a long time ago on other music sites I deal with.
