We've already had a thread like this in the past, and it was hilarious, so here's a second round. Feel free to join in. :p

Okay, what is with her eyelash, or whatever it is, on her right eye? That is driving me bazonkers!

Also, I think we should resurrect the other thread as well. Until I just remembered that there was a big argument in it. But before that, it was way cool. I believe SortaSavageLike was the author and main picture bearer? So. Funny. So.Very.Fricking.Hilarious.

Well, while you have managed to distract the UPP, you are newly mired in deep sh*t, as the Bad Pun Making Fun of the Universal Pun Protocol despots are after you. Run while you can. They're a bunch of crabby 30 year olds who can't believe that song was ever born, nor understand why everyone knows it.
"A bunch" means me. "30" means 32.
"coming after you" means I'm actually going to the airport right now, eschewing all my Christmas plans, because my desire to kick your ass is that strong. I'm typing this on my mobile web enabled phone, from the airport shuttle. Your bionic snacks will not dissuade me, so you can put down that shopping list right now. Neither chip nor donut, nor candybar, nor stealth of beer, will keep me from kicking your ass.

Your chipsandguac shield has no effect on me, and I don't understand anything else you just said.
Wait, "peanut butter". Okay, I know what that is.
Why the hell is everyone around here always baking something? Am I from an alternate universe? The one where fresh baked cookies aren't always available? Where no one even ever eats that many cookies? WTF? I had fresh baked cookies like, 4 times when I was growing up. They were pretty good, though. I actually totally forgot about that "food group". I remember being stressed out because my cross fork marks in the peanut butter cookies (we usually had chocolate chip, though) weren't right. I'm sure they were fine, I just remember having performance anxiety about helping fork mark the cookies. lol.
i do have a mean salad I'm about to whip up, though. mmm, Christmas Salad...
Not.

So you quoted lyrics I didn't know, and lied about a cookie you were never giving birth to. How can I trust you? *goes and cries, faith in cookies lost*

Yeah, I've been digging my salads, though not as much the past couple days, but for weeks before. It's cause I found this new dressing I like a lot. Marie's Bleu Cheese Vinagrette.
Okay, I wasn't going to go into the salad thing, or I was going to make a thread about it, but -
You know how "they" always tell you that you should try to eat a wide variety of fruits and veggies? All the color spectrum? So I've been doing this thing where every week when I shop for my salad, I get a different ingredient or two or more for it. A couple weeks ago, I realized I never eat onions and garlic, both of which are very good for you.(bad italian girl!) So I got those for them. I also don't eat mushrooms much, so I got those, cause I had just read about this kind that is really good for you. Once I got broccoli sprouts, once I got regular sprouts. I got some cherry tomatoes which lasted me two weeks.
Anyway, it's kind of cool. Due to my budget, I can only usually get one or two new things for my salad per week, but it has been delicious, I have to say. Oh, and I always have walnuts for the salad.
Also I have been sticking to green leaf lettuce. I used to get all different kinds of lettuce, but this one is both utilitarian, doesn't have a strong taste, cheap, and good for you.
Also, I eat salads with some selection from my lovely chopstick collection.
Ta Da! *Jazz hands!*

you could put all kinds of shit in a salad. Fruit and stuff. I'm not a fan of too much sweet with sour, but. The blue cheese vinagrette is great because it is made with apple cider vinegar, so it has a slight sweetness. But mixed with bleu cheesy vinegariness. I dunno, it's really good. And before that I usually had only either Caesar, ranch, or vinegar and oil dressing. Those are all very strong flavors, though, this dressing has a lighter flavorfulness. What with the bleu cheese and all...

that is seriously exactly what i've been doing! no joke. i used to get those salad mixes, but now i only get romaine, because it, too, is utilitarian/subdued/cheap/etc. that vinaigrette sounds really good. my fave right now is a ginger/soy vinaigrette. yummmmm! i also eat my fake chicken stuff with it. delish. we need a salad thread. i mean, we have a soup thread ... it only makes sense.

I would have posted funny stevie pics, lots, but I don't know photoshop. You know those random couple years between when everyone used computers, but they were different, then suddenly a few years later they were more like they are now, and everyone really, really got one? I call those years the early to early mid nineties. That's when I graduated high school. My point with that basically is that I am behind the learning curve. Forever. I never got that computer until a bit ago. :D

I didn't like WH a lot until this year. Even though Stand Back was my favorite song evah. I thought WH mostly sucked bun. But it doesn't. it is the album that straddles Stevie's two voices, and also her addiction. It is great and strange. BD and RAL are predictable when compared to WH, though I love all three equally. WH just has some weird, weird pre spin out vocal/lyrical quality. Pre spin out means after normalcy, and before total spin out.

If you care about awesome vocals, you'll come around. It could take awhile, b/c there is some cheesy sounding smack on WH, but eventually, if you know vocal, you'll come. :D

^^ I think the only things I like about WH are the title track, Nightbird & Stand Back. I guess I haven't really given all of her albums good serious spins. Not in awhile, anyway... I played them all the way through the first time I got them, no matter what, but it's been awhile.

I keep telling Michael that I'll give WH another chance, so maybe I actually should. :p My numbah one Stevie album is still BD, hands down. And TISL for sentimental reasons.

Very few people know that, just before WH came out, Stevie also made a rare appearance with the one and only...

Shit, I forgot about the title track - love it. Nightbird, however, I hate.

Nah, don't give WH another chance - its not particuarly exciting. BD and TISl are the only two full Stevie albums one really needs

I added you if that's okay. It's exciting to see another Siouxsie fan out there!

Mine's really boring, too. I think everyone feels that way about eljay anymore. All I post are photos of Happycat in assorted costumes, anyway.
