Thanks for posting! I love seeing pics of Stevie I havent seen before, sometimes they seem pretty rare. And the candid shots where she's smiling always seem to really touch me. Thanks again!

Do we know she and Loggins are not friends? She never really talks about him or the huge hit they had. She did at the time -- saying KL was very strict and that is why he got that great vocal from her. I think that she put the song on her box set implies she likes him somewhat. But, that is just my theory and others may know a different story, etc. I had a friend years ago who was there in the studio with them. She said Stevie was a huge druggie (they all were) , always late, and not always in good voice -- but she was very, very sweet.

Does anyone have a live boot of them onstage? I do not think I have ever heard one.

I don't think he is her biggest fan. Oh, well.

Thanks for that B. But, that quote, I think is not complete - or am I misreading it, which could likely be :cool:

But, yes, my friend said in the studio that the powers to be were pretty much all angry at her ways bless her heart :laugh:

She also said that that was not the only song they worked on, but could not remember any specifics or if the other stuff was just some harmonies here and there to see what they would sound like on other songs.

I remember that article too Barbara. It did seem to apply that he wasn't that fond of her. Maybe over time though all of that has been let go. It was only about a year or so ago that Kenny was on VH-1 classic and the interviewer asked him about working with Stevie. He was all smiles and didn't seem at all that he had any beef with her now. He even called her a sweet heart. Then they played "Whole Lotta Trouble" and Kenny said he had not seen this one.
