View Full Version : Another nail in the coffin of the Melbourne DVD

In today's Melbourne Age, there is a page 3 report about Metropolis Audio, the company who had the contract the produce the DVD, being closed down. This is a 40 year-old Melbourne recording studio, but has run into financial problems and has been shut out of its premises. The parent company (who announced the Stevie Nicks deal to the stock exchange in January) appears to have abandoned it. I hope Stevie has at least purchased the films, in case they can ever be used.

So via this forum, there are now three theories as to why this DVD is unlikely:
1) Stevie wasn't happy with the material.
2) The MSO wouldn't agree to it because their music was drowned out.
3) The production company has gone under.

Never mind, we still have Red Rocks ...

How am I? Her voice is nasal and out of tune, she is stonned senceless and her closeup's are just crap and annoying. I will never like this video. ROCK ON WHITE WING DOVE LIVE!!!
