Stevie Nicks will be the featured performer at the 2006 Hulaween Dinner and Auction at the Waldorf-Astoria Grand Ballroom on October 31. The event will benefit the New York Restoration Project (NYRP), founded by Bette Midler with the belief that clean and green neighborhoods are fundamental to the quality of life and that every community in New York City deserves an oasis of natural beauty. Thanks for the info...I had no idea how much money I would have to shell out! I know this is last year's pricing structure, but think we could get 10 people together to buy a 10th anniversary table? Then we could mingle with all the important people... This event strikes me as potentially more fun than the AHIs because of all the other famous people who attend and the sheer fanciness of it being at the Waldorf. So, it may be worth the money that I probably would have spent at AHI if there was going to be a benefit this year.
Otherwise I'll have to be a plain old Trick or Treater, which will still rock. (I hope).
