I have a few predictions:

Stevie will sing Storms finally, Seven Wonders (which she has never performed live w/Lindsey),Egde Of 17 will replace Stand Back, Rhiannon will be gone this time around.Stevie will dust off Angel.
Lindsey will do the fast version of Big Love and maybe Family Man from TITN.
They will add Little Lies & Everywhere to the set and work up a new version w/ help from the back up singers.Stevie & Lindsey will perform Crystal.

I would fall over.

.

I think you are right - they will definately do 'Storms' and possibly 'Seven Wonders' and 'Angel'.

If this is the last FM tour - I would like to see some tracks done from 'Behind the Mask' - possibly 'Affairs of the Heart' or 'The Second Time'...

I hope you are right about a lot of this, but the only possibility I see is Storms.

Rhiannon and Stand Back ain't going anywhere. ;)

Bingo.

Although a duet of Crystal would be absolutely magnificent.

RHIANNON WILL NEVER DIE!

I would cream for Seven Wonders, Storms, SOTM, or Crystal but I think they might all be a dream. You never know though, anything is possible.

I do wish Stevie would bust out a solo song she's never done with FM, now that would be a treat. Rooms on Fire anyone? (ok now I'm really dreaming)

Hearing FM do Edge would be weird!

What would be really cool is if they did Fall From Grace since Stevie claims the song is about FM...

On Jim Ladd she said Storms was mostly about Mick and FFG was about Linds. It was pretty obvious anyway.

I love all your suggestions blackwidow. I especially love the removal of Stand Back and Rhiannon. I'd be happy if they added Sorcerer, since Lindsey was on the original and they sounded fantastic on it. Also Sisters of the Moon is essential. They should have NEVER dropped that number.

You CAN'T get rid of Rhiannon. You just CAN'T!!!!!!

It does seem sort of essential, doesn't it?

But Stevie & FM already have gotten rid of it--just at one point, temporarily. Stevie in 1989 & Fleetwood in 1987/88.

Stevie tours practically every year in one way or another. For her to feel bound to perform her core group of tunes every year she goes out is . . . sort of obsessive-compulsive. Like if I don't check to see that my gas stove is off twelve times in a row, my whole house is gonna blow up. Stevie thinks that if she doesn't do Rhiannon & Dreams & Stand Back every time she stands on a stage, someone in her organization of chiffon-clad sycophants is going to ... what? die in a pyroclastic flow? or one of her yappy little dogs is going to choke on a chicken bone if Stevie doesn't sing "I Need to Know"?

Fans are always saying how glad they are & how "healthy" it is for Stevie to be off drugs. Truth to tell, I think she needs to be back ON drugs to calm down inside.

Truthfully, I think Stevie often holds back in fear that she might mess up or her voice might crack, but I think she still has it in her. Yeah, it probably wouldn't be as good as Tusk tour, or Mirage, but I don't think she would butcher it. We've seen in this past couple of years what she is still capable of (Beauty and the Beast is a good example) and what I saw of her with Petty proved to me she can still really go all out. So I'd like to see her give SOTM another chance.

I'd also love if they'd do Storms as an encore or something like Goodbye Baby. If not an encore, I'd be happy with it ANYWHERE in the set. lol. I'd say no to Angel though cause I really wouldn't like to see that song performed with her just standing still, and I know she's not gonna dance all over the stage in platform boots, so I say keep it laid to rest.

And even if she performs it in her staid manner--hanging a bit behind the beat, full voice, everything under control, etc.--it would still be fun to hear it. I mean, who wouldn't get a kick out of hearing it, regardless of what it sounds like?

Stevie's not gonna turn 32 years old again just because she is singing some wild old song from her brandy-hippie days. So I think it would be fun to hear "Sisters of the Moon" again! She should do it. And didn't it recently come up on some radio interview with Jim Ladd? Didn't Stevie express some interest in doing it again?

I'd like to hear some of the SYW material....since alot of it was largely ignored by Stevie on the last tour. Illume, Destiny Rules, Not Make Believe, even Smile At You would be nice live. Also, Steal Your Heart Away... I'd like to hear Stevie and Linds do You And I Part 2. Affairs of the Heart would be grand. How about Freedom? I'd love to hear Seven Wonders. Crystal....Oh yeah.

I don't want to hear Rhiannon. I don't want to hear Dreams. I don't want to hear Stand Back. And I don't want to hear Gold Dust Woman or Landslide. How about Storms? Sara again would be nice. Gypsy, accoustic. How about That's Alright? How about Twisted, with Stevie and Lindsey? I hope more than anything that the set list is MIXED UP, so I'll want to go. I am not paying to see the last two tours repeated. WHO CARES if the 'fans don't know the songs' other than Stevie?!

I hope she never does Edge Of 17 with Fleetwood Mac! I've gotten used to the fact that the band has co-opted Stand Back. I cringed when she sang HAEWAFY with the Behind the Mask band. Edge is so identifiable with her solo career....plus haven't we heard it a million times? What could Fleetwood Mac add to it, other than regurgitating a washed out, overdone version? That doesn't appeal to me at all.

Hey, how about playing some new (or newer) songs? How about playing something old that's never been performed before? That sounds appealing...at least for a genuine fan. But, oh no, the masses just want to hear Dreams and the dozen other songs they've been riding on for the past 20years.

Can you say for sure that is true? Did they really perform a full live version of the song? Or as a tease, did Stevie just sing a few lines, or did Lindsey do a few seconds of the riff? If so, then they truely didn't perform it! Rumours!!!

I feel the same way. Do you ever think that they even feel the slightest embarrassment by the redundancy of their performances...that fact they trot out mostly the same songs for every "new" tour? I know I would.

I'm always torn when these setlist wishlist topics come up: I know that I'd be very disappointed if I were ever able to see Stevie live again and she didn't do "Landslide," "Dreams," "Rhiannon," "Gold Dust Woman" and "Stand Back" (the five songs most fans loudly exclaim that she should ditch)... yet, I also can't imagine I'd be disappointed by whatever she might choose to replace them.

In the end, they're all favorite songs of mine, and, thankfully, I'm not burned out on any of them.

Well, it could prove to be an immensely entertaining disaster, what with Lindsey Buckingham trying to play a guitar riff that is wholly foreign to his style & skills.

You would not have heard "Landslide" at Stevie's first four solo tours, would not have heard "Rhiannon" on the Shake the Cage Tour or the Mirror Tour, would not have heard "Gold Dust Woman" on the Tusk Tour or the Mirage Tour or the later Rock a Little Tour or the Mirror Tour or the Timespace Tour.

You'd have been just fine, Stew. You'd have loved it all & not thought a second about what wasn't performed.I actually did get to see all five of the songs I listed when I saw FM in 1990, but Stevie wasn't too "with it" that night (or for most of that tour, really). So I guess I'd like to witness (in person -- not just on DVD) today's healthier, more clear-headed & "together" Stevie performing those songs.

She knows we all want the big vocal freak out at the end of SOTM..it AINT GONNA HAPPEN!Storms deserves to an Encore! She can still rock out on Angel..no dancing is required.

I can see Angel happening because its not that hard to sing. SOTM would be cool but I don't love it like I used to. Seven Wonders I think is also just way too hard to sing, but I would have loved that. My top 2 Stevie songs I would die to see played are RTTG and Affairs of the Heart.

Um, you ARE talking about Fleetwood Mac with Stevie. She wouldn't even consider doing an adventurous set list if her life depended on it.

If Fleetwood Mac tour in 2007, it's going to be the same old, same old with maybe one or two new songs or relative rarities thrown in with all the familiar hits. It's going to be a casual fan's wet dream, but it's going to be same old crud, different day for the diehards.

Unless, of course I get to "kidnap" a good friend of mine who has never seen FM or Stevie in person and take him with me to the show. Then, well, it'll be an experience. ;)

Pray for STORMS!

I just hope they keep World Turning and So Afraid. Great SYW additions would include Miranda and Illume. Other nice items would be a just piano version of Sister Of The Moon, Fireflies would be sweet, substitute Sorcerer (after all it is an old BN item) for the predictable Stand Back. In fact, dusting off some other Fritz/BN stuff would be grand, but not likely.

I'm not going to pray for "Storms" because I don't like that song.

And if we're replacing "Stand Back" in the set list, I'd rather hear Fleetwood Mac do "Fall From Grace." ESPECIALLY if Stevie glares at Lindsey whilst singing it.

I'm pretty sure fans are sick of hearing the same songs after all these years. But for a person like myself that has never been to a FM/or Stevie show....I would feel kinda disappointed if I did not hear "Dreams," "Rhiannon," and "Gold Dust Woman" when I go to their next tour (if it really does happen). Those are the songs that made me love FM and Stevie, so I can understand why they continue to do them. However, I agree with the posters that said she should do SOTM and "Storms". Those are my favorite Stevie songs off "Tusk" and "Storms" is one of my fav Stevie songs period. I would also love to hear "Destiny Rules" since that is one of my favs on SYW. "I Don't Want to Know" and something from Buckingham Nicks, would be also be a treat for me. I HIGHLY doubt that would ever happen (esp hearing IDWTK) but I can always dream :D

I personally could do without "Landslide" and "Stand Back." A lot of people like those songs but they have never been favorites of mine.
