anyone heard any news re: this? I had made up my mind to go to this year's benefit, but totally forgot about it til just today and then wondered why I hadn't heard anything. I'm sure it would/will be very emotional for Stevie so maybe she's not doing it this year. :shrug:

It looks like the Boston, 96 show. I was at that gig and her hair looked lovely with all the waves. She didn't look very healthy though, IMHO. In person she was pale and sweaty. (and we all know Stevie doesn't sweat..:p ) I know the picture is stunning though....

I was wondering the same thing. At first when I asked about it I said "your sig pic" then realized it wasn't in his sig and changed my post. Maybe he really loves the picture? :confused:

I love the hair and the bracelet. Come to think of it, I think I just get excited every time her hair is wavy since she wears it straight the majority of the time. She wore it curly/wavey way more back in the 70's and early 80's. It seems like the last 10 years it's almost always straight (with the exception of the Street Angel crimping, yuck). Work the hot rollers sister! I have yet to attend a show with wavy hair.

I believe that photo is from the Columbus benefit show ~ 8/24/96. It's not one of mine (wish it was!) It was really hot that night...somewhere in the 90's.
