Does anyone know how I can get the entire TUSK DOCUMENTARY? Is it on VHS? DVD? I've only seen bits & pieces.

That was great! Thanks! Was that from the Tusk Doc? I've never seen the whole thing either but would love to.....so I'll ask, too....is it on VHS or DVD and still (affordably) available? :shrug:

this, along with seeing Stevie record Angel in the studio are what make the Tusk doc so special. plus her talking about how "dark" it ended up being.

My favorite part is from the outtakes of the documentary when they are talking about Angel and LB turns he back on Stevie and she makes fun of him behind his back.

That is priceless!

What kills me is how excited and happy she looks that Lindsey is being so nice to her. I am no shipper, but there is definite chemistry between them here. She just looks so stoked and happy. LOVE the dance moves at the end- like a flapper girl. Stevie rules.

What has always struck me as odd is the audience's response to Stevie and Lindsey's interaction. They start screaming like crazy when the two of them sing together in the same mic. Did most fans back then know the whole break-up story? I guess I wonder because *I* never gave their relationship any thought until the last few years- well, maybe since The Dance.

The Tusk doc is one of the best FM vids out there. I watched it over and over and over back in the late 80's when I first got into FM. I even begged the video store in town to sell me their copy and they wouldn't! Damn I was pissed!!

This is a bril. video. It was on UK tv about 25 years ago, and I recorded it, lent the video to a friend who lost it - oh no!!! To see it again to day is fantastic. It's so good to see Stevie looking so free, uncomplicated and happy. Lindsey and Stevie together is just amazing. This video really shows how good her voice is - it's just the best.

If anyone knows how to get a copy that would be just fantasic.:blob2:

The original VHS copies are usually on ebay. That is where I got my copy.

This video is really something special isn't it. I remember when I first got it. My dad bought and suprised me with it back when VCR's were the size of carry on lugguge bags. Christine on her boat looking at the sunset, they should have put more live songs of hers on this. Lindsey being all serious and commited to the TUSK at hand, brilliant. And Stevie, well Im an out and proud chiffon head so I guess I liked her segments:nod:

The powers that be should get this out on dvd soon and include alot more footage. I can't believe Mick of all people does not realize what a goldmine there is in all the vintage footage shot of this band.

wow that was awesome...first time i've seen a bit from the tusk doc, and how much were stevie and lindsay lapping up the attention they were getting from the crowd when they were at the mic singing together!! lol, talk about playing up to the crowd, that was sooooooo great. :wavey:

Have you ever seen the proshot video of the 11.25.79 show in Washington DC? You can see a great "Angel" & "Sara" on that one, too, from essentially the same period (although the picture quality is seriously compromised).
